AL-HAVI Fragrance provides premium perfumes and fragrance products across Pakistan. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Authenticity

We strive to provide high-quality and premium fragrances. Product images shown on the website are for reference purposes only. Slight differences in packaging or color may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch updates.

3. Order Confirmation

All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation. Our team may contact customers through phone call, WhatsApp, or email for order verification before dispatching the parcel.

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details and remain available on the provided contact number for smooth delivery.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s city and courier operations. Normally, orders are delivered within 3–7 working days.

AL-HAVI Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once:

  • The parcel has been opened
  • The perfume bottle has been used
  • The seal or packaging has been damaged

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The customer receives a damaged product
  • The wrong item is delivered
  • The product is broken during shipping

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel along with clear pictures or videos as proof.

7. Fragrance Performance Disclaimer

Perfume longevity and projection may vary from person to person depending on:

  • Skin type
  • Weather conditions
  • Storage method
  • Usage style

AL-HAVI Fragrance does not guarantee identical fragrance performance for every individual.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, product images, designs, text, and branding belongs to AL-HAVI Fragrance and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Privacy & Customer Information

Customer information provided during checkout is kept secure and confidential. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except for delivery purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

AL-HAVI Fragrance shall not be held responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions caused by fragrance ingredients
  • Delayed deliveries by courier services
  • Improper product handling after delivery

Customers are advised to discontinue use if any skin irritation occurs.
